Spark does not open talks

I haveinstalledSpark,and a coupleofcomputersis giving mea problem.if Idoubleclicka contactto start the conversation, theconversation windowis tothe taskbar, but if you giveclickdoes not open.if you giverightclickmaximizethe windowif it opensand you can seethe conversation.

I alreadyuninstalled andre-installed, but still the same. anyonehas any ideahow to fix it??
